Established in 1996, Arizona Traditions just completed the build-out in 2012; there is a wide array of floor plans and many beautiful golf course lots. Located on the outskirts of Surprise, Az. this community offers both the low-key vibe of ‘being away from it all’ and the convenience of having shopping and the 303 very close by.
